So, I opened a blog too. Why? Well, most of all it's for my personal fun. What I do most with my time is sitting on my computer, and what I do most with my time sitting on my computer is writing software. Plus, occasionally meddling with the operating system. And listening to music, mainly Heavy Metal.
When you code, there are lots of emotions involved. Excitement, frustration, facepalm (is that an emotion?) and so on. In real life, if something frustrating happens to you, say, the train is late, you can rant on about it, and everyone will understand. If you're coding, you're in a special world, and if you try to rant about how much you got pissed off by, say, maven - everyone (or at least most) will look at you in a funny way. So why not write it down in a blog?
